Eligible destinations, minimum order requirements, promotional periods, and other conditions are subject to the specific offer in effect at the time of purchase.

For eligible items, you may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order. Returned items should be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

To request a return, contact Raw Aura within the applicable return period and include your order number and the item you would like to return. We’ll review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions and next steps.
